Avanti Audio LLC warrants all of it's Interconnect, Speaker Cable and Power Cable Products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of THREE YEARS (3 YEARS) from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to Avanti Audio LLC's intended use of any of it's Products and excludes obvious physical or other abuse of the Products including wear and tear, misuse, water damage, unauthorized modification, or other conduct resulting from accident or conditions outside the control of Avanti Audio LLC.

In order to make a warranty claim, please contact Avanti Audio LLC for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. The claimant is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for RMA returns to Avanti Audio LLC. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, Avanti Audio LLC will determine if a failure or defect has occurred and will offer a remedy that may include, but is not limited to: repair of the failed Product, replacement with the same Product or replacement with a Product of equal or greater value. Avanti Audio LLC will pay for the shipping charges of the repaired or replaced Product back to the claimant via ground or USPS shipping.

Yes, we allow our customers to try out any of our Interconnects, Speaker or Power Cables for 30 days in their system after purchase. If you're not totally satisfied with our cables' build and sound quality, just return them in the same condition you received them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges).

Most of our cables are built, pre-conditioned for 48 to 72 hours and shipped within 5 business days of the order date.

We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Delivery for larger parcel weights.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO CANADA AND WORLDWIDE:
We use USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

Shipping cost is a FLAT RATE of $10.00 for all of our products within the Continental United States. We will combine shipping for multiple items purchased in most cases. Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Worldwide are one of two flat rates: $25.00 for orders weighing 0-2.0lbs (items like a pair of Allegro Interconnect cables) and $40.00 for orders weighing 2.1+lbs (items like a pair of Allegro Speaker Cables or Power Cables).

The catalyzed lacquer finished walnut or alder hardwood blocks that accompany our Speaker Cables are purely cosmetic but also act as a reminder for the user to try and keep the cables separated a little bit rather than running the individual runs tight up against each other in order to absolutely minimize any stray capacitance or micro distortions to the signal. The wood blocks can be adjusted up and down each channels' cable pair as needed to keep the runs separate and tidy. Keeping the cable runs separated with a little bit of air-space between them will allow the user to appreciate the full depth of detail, slam and accuracy that these speaker cables are capable of providing.
