warranty & terms policy

Avanti Audio LLC warrants all of its Interconnect, Speaker Cable and Power Cable Products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of THREE YEARS (3 YEARS) from the date of purchase to the original Purchaser of Product(s) unless otherwise agreed to by Avanti Audio in writing. The warranty is limited to Avanti Audio LLC's intended use of any of its Products and excludes obvious physical or other abuse of the Products including wear and tear, misuse, water damage, unauthorized modification, or other conduct resulting from accident or conditions outside the control of Avanti Audio LLC.

In order to make a warranty claim, please contact Avanti Audio LLC for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim. The claimant is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for RMA returns to Avanti Audio LLC. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, Avanti Audio LLC will determine if a failure or defect has occurred and will offer a remedy that may include, but is not limited to: repair of the failed Product, replacement with the same Product or replacement with a Product of equal or greater value. Avanti Audio LLC will pay for the shipping charges of the repaired or replaced Product back to the claimant via ground or USPS shipping.
